Returns & Refunds

Hygiene: Every Brew Bong ships sealed. As it's used by mouth, we can only accept returns if the seal is unbroken, in line with the hygiene exception in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Unopened items: Tell us within 14 days of delivery at brewbongofficial@gmail.com, then return the item within 14 days. Return postage is paid by you. We refund within 14 days of receiving it, to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item: Email us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace or refund you and cover return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
